Becoming A Client

You need to be logged in to our website to see our prices. We sell products for professionals, so after login you will see all prices excluding VAT (sales tax).

Click Log in on the top right. If you've ever ordered something with us before (either on- or offline), then you'll already have an account. In this case, click Forgot password to create a new password.

Part of our product line-up is sold exclusively to professionals. (i.e. the products by Ugly Duckling Nails and some training courses). If you're already logged in, but you do not have a PRO-Account, you'll see these products marked with "PRO", you can't order these products untill you upgrade to a PRO-Account.

What makes you a PRO? 

Working professionaly in nail styling.
You have at least one of the following:

  • a VAT-number in the sector,
  • or a diploma / registration for a training course,
  • or a website / professional social media page with your work,
  • or you can prove in some other way you're professionaly creating nails.


How do you get a PRO-Account? 

Ordering and shipping

For Belgium and The Netherlands shipping is free for orders over €50 ex.VAT. For smaller orders we charge €4,95 ex.VAT for shipping.
For all other destinations within the European Union, there is a discount on shipping for larger orders. Please add items to your cart to visualize the final shipping cost to your destination.

For all destinations outside of the European Union, shipping is at a fixed rate. Please add items to your cart to visualize the final shipping cost to your destination.

Within Belgium we ship with Bpost, delivery is normally the next working day.

All international packages are sent with FedEx International Priority. You'll receive an autmated e-mail with the tracking info at the time of shipping. Please check your spam-box if you do not immediately see the tracking e-mail.

Please note that, when your package leaves our facilities, it is really "out of our hands" - we have no control over any delays caused by the transporter.
Orders placed (and paid) before 16:00 on business days are usually shipped the same day.

If your delivery adress is in Western Europe, you will normally receive your package the next business day.
Other destinations in Europe as well as North America normally take 2 business days.
If you live far away from any large cities, or on an island, add one or two extra days.

Worldwide delivery times vary and generally will be longer if you live farther away from large business hubs. We ship worldwide. No matter where you live, your package should always arrive within one week of ordering. If you want an estimate for your specific address, please contact us.

Note that if your shipping address is not in the European Union, we will not charge any taxes on your purchase. However, upon entry of your package in your country, customs may or may not charge you for importing goods. Any customs charges due are to be paid by the recipient. The transportation company may also charge you a fee for handling your package throughout the customs clearance process.

Customs clearance may also delay your package beyond normal delivery times.

All orders are to be paid at the moment of placing the order.
For any issues you might have prior to making a payment, we'll be glad to help, but know that, if you have not yet paid your order, we will not have received your order at all.

You can pay using Creditcard, iDeal, Bancontact, Sofort Banking or PayPal.

Prefer paying by bank transfer? Contact us for a quote by e-mail, please know that processing and paying your order will take significantly longer this way.


When placing an order, you can specify you need an invoice. As soon as your order is shipped, an invoice is created and can be downloaded from your account. 

After checking your account, we will make sure no VAT is charged on your orders. For every order, you will receive an invoice with reverse charged VAT. 

Fill in your VAT number in your account, and make sure to request an invoice when ordering. When we ship your order, you'll receive an invoice that you can use for your administration and to recover the VAT.
