Step by Step - Pink Sweet Bloom
1. Build up the nail with Build-A-Base Soft White.
2. Apply a layer of Gel Polish #320.
3. Apply the Matte Topcoat and cure.
4. Smooth the surface with a fine buffer.
5. Draw lines with the No Wipe Topcoat.
6. Cure in the lamp for 60 seconds.
7. Rub Chrome 03 over the lines.
8. Seal with a layer of No Wipe Topcoat.
9. Draw the leaves with Gel Polish 313.
10. Sprinkle with Clear Acrylic Powder and cure.
